Job summary

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or sales environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns
3. Process sales transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers
5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience

• Consistent availability between 9:00am PST – 5:00pm PST EST M-F
• High level of spoken and written English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
• Proficiency in using a CRM (and can not only use it, but can help improve upon its design, flow, organization, and effectiveness as a tool)
• Ability to quickly become proficient in new technology (GoHighLevel, Slack, etc.)
• Strong interest in sustainability, spirituality, and the retreat industry
